Types of Courses
We have two options for our students to choose from: The Skills Check/Blended online course, for those with limited or last minute schedules, or our Traditional Classroom courses.
BLS for Healthcare Providers
This course covers 1 and 2 rescuer for Adult CPR, Child CPR, Infant CPR, Bag-Mask ventilations, AED, & Choking.
This class is ideal for physicians, nurses, medical staff who provide direct patient care, dentists, and students going into the medical field.
Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid
This course covers Adult CPR, Child CPR (over age 1), AED, & Choking and First Aid.
This class is perfect for worksites, safety personnel, caregivers, school staff, and staff working in a medical setting who do not provide direct patient care.
Online with Hands on Skills Checks
All courses have an Online alternative that can be completed with Computer Based Training and a hands on Skills Check.
Heartsaver First Aid Only
This course is Adult First Aid ONLY
This class is perfect for worksites, safety personnel, caregivers, school staff, and staff working in a medical setting and need to add it to their Health Care Provider certificate. This course does not include CPR.
Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens
The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens course is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction.
